Furthermore, every time someone wants to borrow something it tends to require a lot of manual work to process each request and entering manual information is a real drain on your time.
What made you share your space?
Our system allows you to assign every item in your inventory a unique serial number and with a shareable link, anyone you share it with can see what is available, instantly and clearly, in real-time.
They can then simply submit a request for each thing they want, which will automatically check this item out of the 'library' and record who borrowed it, exactly when they took it, and set the return date (by default, 2 weeks).
It is a flexible and customizable system so if you want to tweak things to suit the needs of your specific nonprofit, go for it!
